Booking Requirements 

Picture ID:  A picture ID matching the form of payment used by the Primary Guest is required and must be submitted within 24 hours of first payment.

Renter's Agreement: A signed Renter's Agreement is required by the State of North Carolina, and must be submitted within 24 hours of first payment.

Payments

Payment Types:  Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Zelle, Venmo. No Checks. **Only credit card payments are accepted within 14 days of arrival**.

First Payment:  50% due at time of booking, if arrival is more than 30 days away

Final Payment:  Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, collected automatically

 

Suitability & Expectations

Min Age Of Lead Renter     24 yrs

Children:  Children Welcome, but the property is not suitable for Infants & children under 2yrs. Maximum 5 children allowed at any time.

Smoking:  No Smoking/Vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside, away from doors/windows. All debris must be placed in trash.

Drugs/Weapons:  Absolutely NO DRUGS, FIREWORKS, OR FIREARMS ALLOWED anywhere on the property!

Pets:   Adult dogs are allowed with a $50 fee per animal. Max 3/reservation

Cameras/Surveillance:  There are 2 security cameras with audio capability facing outward, monitoring only the driveway and front entrances to the cabin for security reasons.

Outdoor Spaces:   

* There is a well-marked trail leading from the parking area down to the spring-fed creek. Just past the Well Rock, is a short-cut path that connects to the creek path.

* On both sides of the gravel driveway leading up to the cabin, there are large open areas that can be used for games. Outdoor games include tetherball, horseshoe pits, and a cornhole game set (located under the front porch).

* On either side of the graveled entry loop is a Pet Relief Area, where cleaning up after your pet(s) is NOT required.

* There is a seasonal herb garden near the prow deck that you are welcome to gather from (rosemary, cilantro, green onions/chives, oregano, Italian and purple basil, lavender, chamomile, stevia), as well as a mint garden in the terraced area behind the cabin.

* Adjacent to the parking pad is a kid-sized picnic table and a hammock.
