Booking Requirements 

Picture ID:  A picture ID matching the form of payment used by the Primary Guest is required and must be submitted within 24 hours of first payment.

Renter's Agreement: A signed Renter's Agreement is required by the State of North Carolina, and must be submitted within 24 hours of first payment.

Payments

Payment Types:  Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Zelle, Venmo. No Checks. **Only credit card payments are accepted within 14 days of arrival**.

First Payment:  50% due at time of booking, if arrival is more than 30 days away

Final Payment:  Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, collected automatically

 

Suitability & Expectations

Min Age Of Lead Renter     24 yrs

Children:  Children Welcome, but the property is not suitable for Infants & children under 2yrs. Maximum 5 children allowed at any time.

Smoking:  No Smoking/Vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside, away from doors/windows. All debris must be placed in trash.

Drugs/Weapons:  Absolutely NO DRUGS OR FIREARMS ALLOWED anywhere on the property!

Pets:   Adult dogs allowed with $50 fee per animal. Max 2/reservation

Cameras/Surveillance:  There are 2 security cameras with audio capability facing outward, monitoring only the driveway and front entrances to the cabin for security reasons.

Outdoor Spaces:   

There is a well-marked trail leading from the parking area down to the spring-fed creek. Just past the Well Rock, is a short-cut path that connects to the creek path. On both sides of the gravel driveway leading up to the cabin, there are large open areas that can be used for games.
